I originally illustrated this recipe for a call for recipes using peanuts and peanut butter, and later reworked it for a They Draw and Cook feature magazine called “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” and created a repeat pattern from the bamboo background. Pad thai brings together so many wonderful flavors and textures, and is one of my favorite eats. And, I had a blast painting this shrimp!
