Refund and Return Policy

Refunds

Orders may be canceled by contacting me within 24 hours of your purchase.

If you have a problem with your order once it is received, please contact me as soon as possible. I always want you to be happy with your purchase, but I understand that... things happen.

Custom printed items (including t-shirts, tote bags, and mugs) and blankets are eligible for refund within 30 days only if damaged or defective when received. Please send me a photo of the damage, along with any damaged packaging, so that I can file a claim with the printer and/or carrier. In most cases a new item will be sent out to you quickly with no need to return the original. Other situations will be handled on a case-by case basis.

Original art, stationery items, books, and puzzles are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to me unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any original packaging and sent with tracking. I will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gift Returns

If you received an item from my shop as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, and the criteria above are met, you’ll receive a shop credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will receive a refund for the item cost and any sales tax paid.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but you will receive a tracking number when it is shipped.
